I can hardly believe it – I’m a Finalist for this year’s Best Cebu Blogs Awards (BCBA) in the Style/Lifestyle Blogger Category! The announcement first came on October 1, but with the month being so packed, I nearly missed it! I’m thrilled and incredibly grateful to be recognized again this year, especially after putting so much effort into actively sharing my blog content, a passion I’ve rekindled since winning Best Cebu Style Blogger in 2020. The awards night at the end of the month is going to be so exciting, and I can’t wait to connect with the local blogging community. It’s truly an honor to be part of such an inspiring event. Wish me luck as I wait for the results! 
About the Best Cebu Blogs Awards
The Best Cebu Blogs Awards is Cebu’s premier annual event recognizing outstanding bloggers and social media influencers across various niches. Founded in 2008 by Mark Monta and organized by dedicated volunteers, BCBA has consistently acknowledged and celebrated the talents of Cebu’s blogging community. It stands as the first and only award-giving body in Cebu that champions the importance of digital content creators, showcasing local talent that competes on an international level. Every year, BCBA invites judges from different regions of the Philippines – Manila, Davao, Iloilo, and more – to ensure a diverse and fair evaluation of nominees’ work.
The BCBA is managed by a devoted committee, including founder Mark Monta and volunteers like Geezelle Tapangan-Maningo and Cebu-based judge Nancy Cudis-Ucag. Their efforts have helped to elevate Cebu’s blogosphere, fostering a strong community of local creatives.
